- Rice stick noodles 130g
- Bean sprouts 65g
- Tofu, diced 50g
- Prawns, size 16/20 4 pcs
- Peanuts 40g
- Dried turnip 10g
- Onion 30g
- Spring onions 10g
- Phad Thai Goong Sod sauce 4 ladles (#1)
- Lime juice from half a lime
- Cooking oil


- Bean sprouts 20g
- Lime ½ pc
- Peanuts 10g

Method of Preparation:

• Boil the noodles according to package instructions. Do not overcook.

• Fry the tofu, then sauté the rest of the ingredients in oil. Make sure to sauté only until the prawns are opaque in appearance.

• Add the sauce and juice of half a lime.

• Garnish and serve.
