Spaghetti Carbonara

- Vegetable oil 10mL
- Smoked beef ham, 60gm
- chopped into squares
- Onion, chopped 1tbsp
- Chicken soup 1 can
- Whipping cream 20gm
- Salt 1/8 tsp
- Pepper 1/8 tsp
- Parmesan cheese, grated ½ tsp
- Spaghetti 200gm

For Garnish:

- Parmesan cheese ½ tsp
- Sprig of parsley

Method of Preparation:

• Bring a casserole of water to the boil. Add salt and oil. Cook the spaghetti in boiling water for 10-12 minutes. Drain and remove.

• Heat some vegetable oil in a pan. Add chopped onions, then add the smoked beef ham and cook for 3-5 minutes. Remove from the pan, and set aside on a plate with paper towels.

• To make the sauce, add the chicken soup, whipping cream, cheese, salt and pepper into the same pan, and cook until completely mixed.

• Add the cooked pasta, then the cooked ham and onions. Toss all the ingredients until completely mixed. Place on a plate, garnish with parmesan cheese and a sprig of parsley. Serve warm with your
favorite bread.
