Nutrient-rich Date Rolls for dessert

Seedless dates 100gm
Dried figs 50gm
Cashew nuts 25gm
Sesame seeds 5gm
Sunflower oil 1tbsp
Vanilla ice cream 1 scoop
Small spring roll pastry sheets as needed
Chocolate syrup (for drizzling)

Method of Preparation: 

•Measure and take the seedless nutrient-rich dates, cashew nuts, dried figs and sesame seeds. Chop up each ingredient finely.
•Add 1tbsp of sunflower oil to the finely chopped ingredients (dates, cashew nuts, figs and sesame seeds), and mix well until all ingredients are covered with sunflower oil.
•Take a small portion of the mixture, then wrap and roll the mixture in the spring roll pastry sheets until it is long and thin. Seal ends well so mixture stays in the pastry sheet.
•Fry the rolls over low fire, and wait till they turn golden brown in color.
•Serve rolls with vanilla ice cream drizzled with chocolate sauce.
•If desired, garnish with more chopped cashew nuts, and enjoy.
